Ok, come on now, dude. You're being unreasonable. There were 360 only owners who wanted LBP (and even started a petition). There is also a petition for FF Versus XIII. There are many 360 fans interested in Agent, and are hoping Microsoft buy it. There are some who even want Uncharted 2 on Xbox 360. The argument goes both ways.

 

Also, Ubisoft and EA make their fortunes from multiplat development. If they limit themselves to one platform, those companies will go downhill. Remedy, though, would be a smart purchase.

I'm getting a PS3 Slim for christmas. Whyshould I wait to play the games on PS3 exclusive list in the hope it may come 2 years later. I am a smart person. :)

Erm people are not begginf for Mass Effect 2.

 

the devs just keep slipping up saying that Mass Effect 2 might be on PS3. might night. Might. Then 360/pc exclusive.

People are just posting the news and if you look in the comments most people are like oh i wouldnt mind playing it. Or i really couldnt care less. If you can tell me 5 people or more who were yh fuck yh i wanted this game so badly lets hope it does come. Then i will ask for a perma ban.

I personally dont remember anyone asking for Alan Wake to be honet. I just always see it being compared to Hevy Rain for some reason. I really dont know why though they are nothing alike.

As for splinter cell i dont really see ps3 owners begging for it. I just see them like that game looks good. The is a difference between thinking a game is good and loving it enough for it to be one of a very few reasons to purchase a console. And if the devs keep saying might go multi might not then the will be threads.

 

If it aint comming then just be like kojima and just say know this game is a true exclusive and it will not be comming to any other platforms.

Because I actually believed MGS would appear on 360. And it is in some shape. Just not what we expected. As I mentioned. I am getting a PS3 at christams. So I am taking my own advice. It is pure nonsense to get worked up about a game when a system is so well priced.

You MUST be freakin' joking!! In fact, the majority of the posts, IN THIS VERY THREAD no less, are from PS3 fans who could care less about the game. This guy asks on behalf of PS3 fans, it doesn't state that PS3 fans are just "dying" to have these games on their system. Now, the MAIN 360/PC game/franchise that I see plenty of PS3 fans wanting is Mass Effect, and even then the # isn't that high.

Everything you said could be twisted back around, ESPECIALLY in the case of MGS4. There has NEVER been as many straws pulled, rumors made, or Xbox fans clinging to the "hope" that this game would be coming to the 360. Hell, just last year before the Video Game Award Show, someone made a thread claiming that Kojima was going to be there to unveil the game for the 360. Talk about grasping for straws with NO evidence to back that up. I'm not trying to be a dick but this kind of post really pushes my buttons.

From now on, when an Xbox fan clings to hopes of PS3 3rd party exclusives going multi, I want to see this kind of post generated towards them selnor. Otherwise, it's hypocritical. Fans of both consoles are guilty of this hope. Pretending that it's only PS3 fans, or they somehow do it more is complete bullocks and you know it!

Remember MGS4? hell there are 360 fans that Want Sony to go under so they could see Uncharted on the 360. It's not even every PS3 3rd party exclusive. It's Every Exclusive for PS3 thats being subjected to this. Maybe I should put this in my sig or something. Im against all of these games going Multiplat. And it annoys me to no end to see Gamers wishing everything was Multiplat. Where the hell is the console identity? Was it really this bad the last few gens? with every other gamer wishing that another console would be the exact same as theirs?


God I miss the days of when Gamers were happy with what they had. PS2 fans talked about their exclusives that the PS2 catered to (JRPG, Action, Etc, etc) and Xbox fans were happy that their was a Console out that played like a PC and catering to their Online and WRPG needs. With Gamecube owners enjoying the party and Awesome single player games Nintendo delivered. Man the good ol' days.

Yup, but that's NOT what you said. You're switching it up now....You implied that PS3 fans are just clinging to all this hope of a Splinter Cell port, that they are dying to have Mass Effect on their console, and should go pick up a "cheap Arcade".

Also, not only did you believe MGS4 was DEFINITELY coming to 360, you bet a house on it. With that in mind, who are you to judge anyone for clinging to any hope of a port? Like I said, it's hypocritical.

I'm not saying I didnt. But I never once created a thread on it. Nor have I said I wanted any PS3 game on 360. I have said what PS3 games I like and will defiantely be playing through Jan and Feb.

Yiu have to admit, the Sony section has had alot of X,y,z games may be coming to PS3 of late. Why are those threads here if they dont want them. I know 360 owners posted about MGS4, but that was the only one I remeber. All the FF 13 threads on the run up to the announcement from a leak by a SEnix dev. As far as the other titles go, Ive not seen any in the 360 thread. My point is just enjoy the games you have or buy an arcade. Obviusly not you, because you have a 360 and enjoy the full titles available.

more likely than not, no one actually cares if either MS/Sony looses an exclusive. the only thing it really effects is the fanboy list wars anyways.
