Looks similar to watching Netflix in a party. Now, if they added that search tool onto Netflix, I'd be really happy, because it's annoying to have to go through the huge list. 1080p streaming from Japan is very impressive though, looking pretty cool.

You CAN watch Netflix movies with Party members since the last update. It's pretty much exactly the same as with this Zune Marketplace video.

In order to watch Netflix you have to have a membership and so does your friend. And I don't think netflix is 1080p yet, I may be mistaken but I thought it was only 1080i.
If I could stream movies to my friends who don't have netflix they would fall in love with the service. Probably selling memberships so I think Netflix should change their policy.
