He swaggered in--an attractive man in his mid-20s -- wearing tight, flared jeans, a fitted white leather jacket, funky white boots and crystal-studded aviator sunglasses. Metrosexuals annoy me for the same reason the over make-upped chicks that spend all day talking about shoes and reading Vogue annoy me. They care WAAY too much about how they look. It's an obsession, and it's sick.

They're no different than the punks that try to be hardasses with their baggy clothes and whatnot. They're the same type of people, they're just trying to present a different image. They're pre-occupied with how the world views them, and end up ignoring more important things in life.

i consider myself half and half. i dont fart or burp in public because i think its crude and disgusting, but i do (somewhat) care about my appearance. im not gonna leave the house without taking a shower and putting on deodorant, but im also not gonna use makeup, because thats wayyyyy to feminine for me. im gay, btw, so i dont know if that has anything to do with it.

i absolutely DESPISE men (gay or straight) or talk or act extremely feminine, much like the "dude" mentioned in the OP. i dont know why, but i cannot stand them.
