If i send it sony will all the data by deleted?

Unfortunately if you send anything back to anybody for repair they will almost certainly guarantee nothing. I do believe you can send it in minus the Hard Drive, at least this is not the error that causes a disc to become stuck.

Looking at the link that describes the fault and some preventative measures it makes me wonder if Sony are unaware of the fault or being secretive. A lot of customer support systems staff will deliberately be instructed not to describe the fault as being know primarily due the fact that it will be exploded beyond what the actual fault may be. Of course this often means they also refuse to acknowledge faults when maybe they should. This has become an even bigger issue due to the RROD on the 360 and the quest to discover a similar weakness with the PS3.

I think the PS3 probably has a couple of issues that should be repaired outside of warranty at no cost. This may be one example but again the RROD on the 360 has made this low key approach more difficult. I would say though that if you can get enough evidence of the problem existing try and use the 360 case in your favour and try to get it repaired gratis, at least one person on this forum succeeded using that tact.

One of the preventative measures is ensuring you have a strong wireless signal. As this is something that is outside of most peoples control it would be a concern if this was deemed to be a contributing factor. That said I rarely recommend wireless almost always recommending Homeplug as they do not suffer this issue and they also provide a better online experience.
