It's a matter of taste. But Xbox Live and Achievement points are probably the biggest reason why I game on my 360 more than any other console. Most of the people I know in real life have one.

I don't really like watching movies with friends because it kills the sense of immersion and suspense of disbelief. If I'm trying to watch a serious movie, and a bunch of guys go "OHHHH!!!" at a gory scene and high five each other, I can't really feel the horror of the situation.

Single Player experiences can be golden. Killzone 2 singe player is awesome, with all the explosions and effects going on.

Games like Total War I feel aren't going to really work out well in multiplayer (that is, in the outside campaign mode. Not the individual battles), even though it'll be awesome if it can.

Co-op isn't necessarily any more fun than single player IMHO. It depends on each person's preference.

I definitely have alot of fun with it.

Virtua Fighter 5 (co-op offline and online)
Gears of war 1 (co-op offline and online)
Gears of War 2 (co-op offline and online)
Virtua Tennis 3 (co-op offline and Online)
WWE Smackdown vs Raw 07 (Still by far the best wrestling game this gen, Co-op offline & online)
Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 (co-op offline & online)
Project Gotham Racing 3 (co-op offline and online)
Left 4 Dead (Co-op offline and online)
Duke Nukem 3D (NO Co-op offline, co-op online)

Conclusion.......... yup, most of my fave games offer co-op, 2 player or online co-op/multiplayer)

It's been a Great 2 years 7 months for me in 360 land.

Modern Warfare 2 is NOT Splitscreen.

Well, first off, this is all completely subjective and only up to taste, but for me the 360 is the most fun.

The only one up my PS3 has to the 360 is Blu-ray so 360 is the most fun for me.

Come on guys. What is more fun then playing L4D at 1'am at night with three of your closest buddies with you In fact that is what I plan to do halloween night =)

I am going to have to disagree with you. Co-op means cooperative, and if you are tying to kill each other then that is not cooperative

The point im getting at with co-op/2 player is that MORE than one player can play at any given time.

just 2 player competitive...... PGR

2 player competitive + co-op..............Streets of Rage 2

2 player competitive + co-op Virtua Tennis 3

2 player competitive + co-op Smackdown vs Raw 07.

Thats the point of all this isn't it? weeding out single player ONLY games and those that offer co-op/ 2 player ect.
