Just getting some peoples opinions here.

The new US "universal plan" is expected to leave about 24 million people in the country without health insurance.  8 million are Illegal immigrants.

Are countries bound to provide healthcare for Illegal aliens?

I think most people are getting tired of political threads and discussion with the same old people. Even the same old people are probably getting tired of themselves, if that makes any sense.

I don't support it at all. It's like giving free food and hospitality to someone that just randomly walked into your house without your permission. Now, while that happens all the time in RPGs, that's just uncommon in real life. I have no problem with them trying to make a better life for themselves, but the benefits of being an American citizen shouldn't be given for people whom aren't citizens.

I think it is one thing to argue that everyone (including illegal immigrants) should have access to emergency care to return someone to the level of health they had before the emergency, it is completely different to argue that everyone should have full access to all healthcare.

I believe the word ILLEGAL in that phrase should mean no. I'm very much against it.

First off of a bill gets passed barring them from getting healthcare, it will still be possible for them to get healthcare, second off most illegal immigrants would be to scared to go get that lump checked out, or their bi monthly colonoscopy even if their wasn't anything specifically barring them from doing it.

Well I was watching the news one day. I remember Obama stating something along the lines of "The misconception with the new healthcare plan is that it will include illegal alien coverage.... THAT is not true!" Well, I sure hope it doesn't include them.

what if they are covered? how does it really affect you?

It's a government program, which means that it's paid for by taxpayers. I don't want to pay for someone who isn't supposed to be in this country.
