Insomniac: Naughty Dog raised the bar for game development

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves has been out for a couple days now and most of you have picked up the game and delved deep into the vast sea of greatness that Naughty Dog delivered. If you haven’t picked the game up yet, then you should definitely consider doing so over the upcoming weekend.

Developers really respect each other for their contributions to the industry. Whether they revolutionize online gaming, the control pad, graphics engines, or just gameplay, they all honor each other when a comrade puts out a game that pushes the industry forward. Insomniac recently showed their appreciation for Naughty Dog’s contribution to the industry with the release of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.

Leaving a comment to a question on the Official PlayStation.Blog, Ryan Schneider Community Director, Insomniac Games showed their appreciation.

Insomniac will soon be releasing an all-new Ratchet and Clank title for the PS3 on October 27th. Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time is the hotly anticipated sequel to Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction. Featuring a bigger universe to explore and more open-ended gameplay, Insomniac is planning to deliver a massive journey in the upcoming weeks.
