I made a list comparing the two consoles on the games that catch my interest, and the pros and cons in my opinion. I figured I would see what your opinions are. I would like it if the opinions are non biased, and reflect on the info that I listed below. You can give some info on why I should choose one or the other, but please give me info why. If you think that I should add games to the list, you should tell me and I may not or may not add them....I will give you info why, if I did not add them to a list. So just to restate what i would like, I would like help on deciding which console to buy. Look at the info I provided, and do not make this a personal thing please. Also keep in mind the date I would be buying it, I should have it in my possession by no later than December ( I got bills I need to take care of first). So I hope that this will help me come up with a decision...And thanks in advance.

I would say the Xbox 360.

Not only does it have all those games it also has backwards compatibility and basically every good Sega Genesis game on LIve

Well, if you are going to get an Xbox 360, go with the Elite which the same price as the PS3, so I would say they are both the same price (IMO the Arcade is not worth it, especially with all the DLC and stuff available). PS3 has free online, and if you have bills to pay this is a plus. On the other hand, all your friends have Xbox360, so you don't want to be playing all your games alone. :( I personally have a PS3 and I love it. If it weren't for the free online, I'm not sure I would be playing online. Also if you are a movie buff, and like renting/buying blu-rays, PS3 is the way to go, especially since PS3 is the only blu-ray that is future proof.

they both costs the same, is it where you live?....either way you pay more for 360 because of online...YES it does have more content but i just feel so great that i don't have to pay for online when i just bought uncharted 2...unlike my friend that pays for online for ODST....I MEAN i can sum up all the reasons but truly, the ps3 is the better buy....other than that its all up to you

EDIT: PSN also has great games, i mean you have to pay for the game....even though the 360 does have more XBL games, the PSN games are still great to boot the free online and it comes with wifi

I think it all rests on how much you value playing online against and with your friends. Do you value it more than the exclusives on PS3?

I would say get the console that has the most games that intrest you.

And doesnt the 200$ Sku for the 360 have no HDD?

If thats the case then for you the PS3 and the 360 cost the same because you need a HDD for Forza 3.

I find this funny because I'm actually eating popcorn right now.

About the cost:

I was looking at a Pro for the 360 and a Slim for the PS3

Pro=$249      Slim=$299

That is why I said about the PS3 costing more.

Oh just a tad problem with you list of exclusives

eternal sonta is on the PS3 aswell. and if you like RPG's which you must from your list you are missing a few PS3 exclusive RPG's and you are missing a few multiplat RPG's.

And where the hell is God of War 3. How can you get a ps3 and not want that game. Oh you are missing splinter cell on your 360 list
