When reknown xbots post on the PS3 board of course a couple of people will get suspicious.

I am not accusing anyone of anything but some "fanboys" are very good at playing this "sneak attack" game.

Some members are fooled by it others spot it straight away.

Once again I am NOT accusing anyone posting in this thread of misdoings.

Anyway I had a kind word in my local gamestore owner's ear and he promises me he will have U2 for me on Thursday.

I am in the UK BTW.

Just picture it for a mo if you will, Starcraft, if some PS3 fan had gone into MS Discussion and made a thread about Forza 3's streetdate not being broken in his local store and in doing quietly dropped a comment about how Forza 2 was "good, but not great". The thread would have gone batshit insane, selnor would have had a stroke and it'd be at 6 pages before the lock came down.

Forza 2 IS good not great...

So what you're doing is describing how in some hypothetical situation someone might do some trolling, and post irresponsibly.

Then you're taking this hypothetical situation and using it to justify yourself trolling and posting irresponsibly.

It doesn't release here in the US till today and I was able to find a copy sitting on the shelf at a local rental store yesterday. I think I was playing it for 6-7 hours before I finally went to bed.

Justinian, what store is this? Game, gamestation, or another?


It is a local (privately owned) Video Game shop in London.

It has X360, PS3 and Wii signs and games posters all over the front but come to think of it, I don't recall seeing a name, although obviously it must have one.

I started going there when my work moved here a year or so ago. Now almost all my workmates (the gamers of course) go there to purchase games and whatever, rather than go to the HMV or Game stores also located close by.

I suppose it is a bit of support for "the small guy".

The owner is a cool chap and will almost always get you any game you are after, imports etc.,

Sometimes you can pick up games a day or two before the official release date.

oh right...i am on my way to picking up U2...woo hoo...dont miss me too much if i'm gone for a week...not that anyone would on this site anyways...
