The only reason why torrenting would be acceptable is if someone needs to choose food vs video games (and people do this). Still though, this is very bad news. Question: How in the world did it leak ALREADY?!

Thanks!!! You've convinced me not to buy this game now, when I can download it for free.

Seriously though... It's inevitable, 360 games will be pirated, just like PSP, NDS and Wii games. No need to spread FUD.

Well this isn't news worthy. Almost every 360 game can be downloaded, Forza 3 is no exception.

Yep. But it doesn't stop the 360 from sellings games like crazy.

i have a modded 360 but i only download games that i actually own or will buy and you cant turn off the mod.
also you want get banned from xboxlive anymore cause there arent any disc reading problems anymore

ppl who mod it play it before.... say how AWESOME the game is......other ppl try modding there 360...get scared of being banned and of all the trouble to continuosly update software and what do you get.....them buying the game at the end lol....this is like a marketing tool for microsoft "word of mouth" but this only works in the case of 360....psp and ds can be moded and played with by 5 yr olds...that's why psp is being hurt by it so much....
