FF8 ^
I used Eden mostly for kicks and laughs, like fighting a bunch of flies outside balamb garden island, and boosting it to 250% :P 60K damage guaranteed xD.
It was a pain to use in actual battles though, the casting time was really, really long, but most GF's in FF8 we're rather useless in actual combat, other than to be meat shields because of their HP substituting yours when you were summoning them, it made some nice strategies against tougher bosses like Ultima and Omega.

Yeah, Ark was extremely long too. Damn, got the time wrong, it was 2 minutes not 3 xD.
I think that also the Magus Sisters Overdrive in FFX, Delta Attack, was long as hell too.

I cant stand long as summons...I used AURA alot in FF8...that replaced the ultimate summon 4 me
I never used Aura, I was tempted to in the Omega battle, but I found that keeping your characters on critical was a far more effective tactic, given the higher rate of limit appearances than Aura. And since most of Omega's attacks left you in critical, it was just a matter of balancing out your heals and revives.

if u use AURA just self activate it by keep pushing triangle..till it shows its usually like 3 pushs
I know, but being in critical state works exactly like that, plus it has a 80% chance to appear at your first push rather than the 50% of aura. That may not seem much, but in a battle in which your opponent attacks very fast, it makes all the difference ;)
