@ Munkeh111
That's why its on the 6th on my list. MW2 1st, FM3 2nd, & so on... But after re-think,it should be PES 2010 on the 6th for both console though. My bad... :)

Im not so sure about PES10 outselling it on the 360 though, PES09 got huge sales in Japan and it wont get that on the 360.
@ koffieboon, Obviously what matter to publishers is total software sales, not just the sales of games released during a certain period. These threads are just meant to be a fun way to look differently at the numbers. Obviously if we were just looking at total software sales during the period, it would heavily favor the market leader as older software will continue to sell very well.

Ok, but even if you just want to look at the biggest sellers in the coming holiday it doesn't really make sense to exclude games which sell millions of copies but have been released before October.

I'm with koffieboon, it should be the general top 5, last holiday in this way Wii would have seemed the worst seller while Wii Fit, MK Wii and the other evergreen titles sold great.
Even if with all the games included probably we have a winner...
@Buzzi & Koffieboon, feel free to make that thread yourselves, but it is going to be boring, because obviously the console with nearly 50% market share is going to dominate. If we also included, Wii Sports Resort, Mario Kart Wii, Wii Play, maybe even the orginal Wii Sports if we are talking about all software sells during the period, it won't be much of a contest. Again the reason the thread is titled "big holiday titles" is because we are looking at games released during this holiday period. Not seeing how strong Wii's evergreen titles are which we all already know.
@ FootballFan
you got that point... that's why i'm 'praying' right now!! i'm a PES fan you know. :)
