boy was I wrong. I'm going to play again tonight, but if I get to the boss 2 hours later just to die I'm going to cry.

The fogged doors are to make sure ur summoned partners can get to far without you( basically doin the whole lv for u)

lol he was really easy. Easier than some guy with a spear guarding a locked door in the first level... seriously... the guy with a spear killed me like 10 times. After you kill the tutorial boss you get a lot of souls... a shit load. and a lot of health items. then a dragon bitch slaps you.

that guy with the spear probably is the red eyes knight - you don't have to fight him .. and you better don't if you are under soul levl 40 ;)

OHH I actually killed that guy easily!
After his first swing at me I knew he meant business so I hid behind the catapult and killed him with all 8 fire bombs I had on my 1st try... lucky me eh :)
