I'll do a JL - and say that it will struggle.

Although it has an established Sony fanbase, its not a particularly hardcore type of game. Its a game that would appeal to the average gamer/casual gamer on the PS2 - rather than the hardcore gamer.

But due to the PS3 price point,  its primarily the hardcore gamers who have a console at this point in time. Looking for more mature, violent experiences - such as WarHawk, HS & Uncharted.

It may sell well in the long term - especially if Sony can continue to drive PS3 prices down.

I will guess at 220k first week, and around 600k by the end of the year (US sales). Much will depend on the take up of the cheaper PS3, and whether the 360 remains the console of choice in most peoples eyes.

Ratchet sells well on all 3 markets.

I think around 500k in USA by end of the year.

Europe about same. 500k

Japan 200k by end of the year.

Rathet will sell well. In 12 months it should hit 2 million worldwide.

Why is this game still so low on Amazon? It hasn't even cracked the top 30 yet. Galaxy has been top 10 for weeks already.

The demo seemed boring and derivative to me, but there are relatively few good games for the console so far, so it wil probably sell well. 500k before christmas?

Just because Ratchet and Clank is the only decent game left for the PS3 this quarter, it's had a ton of pressure from fanboys to be bigger than it actually is. It's just another generic sequel to an already generic series, a rip off of Jak and Daxter, which was in turn a ripoff of Banjo-Kazooie, which was probably a ripoff of something else. How many times can you jump from platform to platform with some stupid character latched onto your back whilst collecting some arbitrary item you need enough of to unlock a door that goes to another pointless level?? If you've played the first 3 underwhelming titles, you've played them all, high-def bolts or not. I'll be surprised if it breaks 100k in its first week, 300k by Christmas.

It will sell pretty well. I mean what other games are coming out in the ps3 this month? I mean a decent game, probably this one. I think it would do around 350k- 500k in christmas, and who woudn't say that it wouldn't reach 1 mil O_O I don't think it will.... but time will tell.... Prove me wrong!
