My non-PS3 owning brother told me that I will be buying GOW3 and when I do he will be coming over to stay at my house for a straight week to play it.

So I guess I'm buying it.

i have had every sony console but i havent played the god of war franchise, with all the hype of this game, i cant wait until they make the remakes of 1and 2 and then i will bye them 100 percent

I'll probably buy the god of war collection in november and if I like it then yeah I'll buy GoW3. I somehow let them pass by back in the PS2 days so I'm glad they're coming to PS3.

I'm getting it because I really liked GoW, GoW2 and GoW:CoO.

I'm not too sure about the GoW Collection though. If they upgraded the textures then I'd get it, but otherwise I'll have to see how much better it looks compared to the upscaled PS2 versions (using a 60 GB PS3).

I will be buying it. I love the franchise and want to see what they do with Kratos.

I'm definitely getting it. Only question is if I'll import or not depending on the censorship it receives in Australia.

The reason I'm getting it is because I owned the first 2 games as well as the PSP version of GOW and I enjoyed all those games thouroughly.
