Forums - Gaming - Pricecuts are really goiing to encourage u to buy a new console?

with the recent price cuts for almost every console

are u planning on buying a new one?

a $50 pricecut (or whatever) is really gonna make u spend ur money in an entire new plataform and buying games for it?

u could handle to be a multiplataform owner?

and if u could wich new plataforms u will buy and why?

well im just a wii owner, but personally if a had the money i  will buy a ps3, it only does everything u know , and is slim now, plus i wanna have a bluray player, oh and the wand thing is coming and im very courious about it; besides poor sony they really need more sales

Depends, for someone who doesn't know much about consoles, I probably would. But now that I am a hardcore gamer, I have to look into it.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 > Modern Warfare 2

i dont hate the 360 or wii but i would never buy one. i chose ps3 because it had the best games and no game on other consoles interested me. i barely play my ps3 so why need 2 consoles.

If I was already looking to get a console, for sure it would help.
I wouldn't get a console for the primary reason of it being cheap though, if that was the case I'd have already bought one of those ~30k-games-in-one consoles from China or thereabouts.

Proud Sony Rear Admiral

im buying a black wii when they come out, my girlfriend can then have my white one

My new COD 360 is on pre-order!

price cuts on games encourage me to buy them

Left 4 Dead $19.99
Mirrors Edge $19.99
Dead Space $19.99
Burnout Paradise $19.99
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed $19.99

Well, I have a Wii and a PS3, so that covers like 90% of this gens games. I'll probably pick up a 360 post-Natal if it's down to $99 by then.

For me price cuts just make a system I already wanted more attractive, as I can purchase more games with my income, software sells systems, price just makes it easier to buy more software, so the PS3 and 360 price cuts aren't going to move me, just because I don't see the value in those systems even at their current prices.
