You may remember a couple weeks ago we pit two videogame legends against one another: Samus and Master Chief. Samus walked out of the battle unscathed, grabbing a huge win from Microsoft's poster boy.

After Samus and MC scrapped, we showed you how billionaire superheroes get down when Batman took on Iron Man. After Bats was done with Stark n' Suit, Iron Man was reduced to a Shell of a man.

Now, for the third in the series, we present: Link vs. Cloud. It's Nintendo's most beloved vs. Square Enix's finest. We're sensing another hard-fought war along party lines… so let's introduce the competitors and get this thing started!

OPINION:

Well I have to say, the poll is a bit misleading. I dont know if its regarding who will win in a fight or if its about who is a better hero?

The Better Warrior: Cloud

 In a fight, cloud would win no doubt (sorry link, ur kewl and all but..) if you've seen advent children, the fight at the end is just epic. Think Chuck Norris vs. Superman, cept chuck can fly :P. Link has sword combat and long distance combat down, able to take out dragons and skyscraper size Gorons with his cleverness and ablility to take advantage of his surroundings, but its not much against Clouds godly stamina and speed. Maybe if the battle were to get drawn out, link could find a way to defeat cloud (like take out a swimsuit calender of Aeris, I dont kno use ur imagination).

The Better Hero: Link

As for whos the better Hero. Its link no doubt. Cloud is all emo and doesn't kno if hes right for the job. Link has been reincarnated like 100 times and each time he knows hes gonna kick some ass and get some that night for sure. He fights and travels for miles, through every god dam thing you can think of just to save the world on a regular basis.

QUESTIONS:

Anyway, whats ur thoughts? Whos a better hero? Who do u think would win ina fight?

I personally think it should have been Fierce Diety Link vs. Cloud. Now thats something on a whole other level.

Am I the only one who thinks Cloud is a putz?

 well i gotta admit, he is in some ways.  It also doesnt help that square enix is milking FF7 and all its characters to a dry pulp.

Anyway, Link FTW. I don't like FFVII at all.

I don't like those polls especially on a forum where their are people who can't discuss in a serious way and will flame when someone haves an other opinion than he has.

PS: I don't say this forum is like that but still their are some guys on this forum who act that way.

I don't have a favourite between those two.

Link > Cloud.

Link is a video game hero with generations upon generations of experience under his belt.  Cloud is just another FF main character.  ^_^
