Love the campaign (played through it with mates 9 times and the deleted scene 5 times)

I'm a bit behind with the online side of it, but i have had no problems whatsover when i'm playing horde with my buddies or having a quick online match.

With the all fronts DLC now available, getting 1750 G's on this game will seriosuly take a lot of time, but if theres one game that i have lots of time for.......... its Gears of War 2.

8.5 - [almost] finished it twice :)

- generally great graphics (when they eventually pop in, some of the textures are quite impressive), most of the times it feels very polished, great atmosphere, addictive gameplay, some bland on-rails moments slightly break the mood, interesting but severely underdeveloped plot, mediocre cinematic direction, below average VA (with few exceptions), uninspired boss battles.
Great game overall, tries very hard to be "badass", and it generally succedes.

Working Designs is back! harhar

10... I had fun from the time I pressed start till the credits rolled and while not perfect that's all I feel it needs to rate a 10... 11 is the unicorn that will never happen... because Working Designs is gone

+ Did everything better than the original in terms of gameplay and modes
+ story was a lot better, especially given what we got from the original (the leap was massive)
+ Multiplayer improved
+ This game actually made me care about the story and characters, unlike the original (Marcus's dad, locust queen etc)

- Slightly hiccups with textures not loading for a while at the start of a level or chapter
- It's basically the same game
- It's single player is short. Very Short.

P.S I'm surprised Dirt 2 is one of the first games to be put up for ranking...

Unfortunately, I don't think it is as:

- Garnett is a huge 360 fan

- You show no affiliation to any particular console. I think people take you as a PS3 fanboy because of your infatuation with Heavy Rain.

Having put well over 100 hours into Gears 2 and buying all of the dlc, I can say that I loved both the single player and Online parts of the game. My score...

+ Amazing graphics
+ Great epic campaign
+ Multiplayer is great.
+ Challenging and fun achievments
+ Horde is original

- To many glitchers online

I put over 100 hours online, its a great game 9.5.

My score is 9.5

It has great graphics, great online play, good campaign, horde. Although there are some problems with the online matchmaking sometimes, and the final boss in the campaign was weak it's still one of my favorite games this gen.
