Now THAT would be amazing. I don't think they will be able to lower costs below $249 until 2011 at the earliest. They have reached the point where the costs to produce will decrease slower and slower and there since they went Slim way early this generation, there isn't really much they can do to "re-Slim" it to further reduce costs.

Hopefully I will have my PS3 Slim by February or so of next year, but with how busy I am lately, I may not have time to support all the awesome games on both HD consoles coming out early next year

Good post Nightsurge, having a ps3 and 360 is the best gaming console combination, its impossible to live without each of the console's exclusives. PS3/360 FTW!
