Of course there is. The only reason the go is being sold at 249$ is to keep retail happy.
It probably costs no more than $150 to make. Retailers need a fairly large cut though because they can't sell software for it.
Dell had a pre-order deal that had the PSP Go at $195, I think.
Basically that means Sony is selling it to retail for less than that. The retail margin is hefty.
