Forums - General - Do any VGC-ers know Python?

I have a program that is encoded in Python. It's a simple website crawler that doesn't seem to work anymore. I can't get in contact with the person that developed it, so I am looking for others to provide some assistance.

If your a VGC-er, and can work with Python, please let me know via PM or this thread. If you can help fix the program, I would probably be willing to pay. I don't think it's major work, but I could be wrong.

Thanks!

Bumping. I am sure there are a few more programmers that may be upto this

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

I've worked with python a little bit in the past and it wasn't too bad, but I'm not really motivated to work with it lately because my workload (in general) has been pretty heavy.

Python is a pretty straight forward language, isn't too difficult, and the only real trick to it is that whitespace represents meaningful characters. What I would recommend is using a program like Notepad++ with whitespace characters displayed and try to fix the script yourself.
