Dude, seriously, chill,there is absolutely nothing wrong with you, it started out as your arm falling asleep due to bad posture, an out of place shoulder, or a vertebrae that was out of place, thus pinching a nerve, making your arm feel like it was asleep, then your mind took over, and amplified the effect, you started freaking out and all of a sudden started tensing up, this lead to that out of place joint, putting pore pressure on the nerve making it feel as if your whole left side was numb, then you started breathing heavier and this made you feel a little dizzy and made your face go numb...trust me, as an asthmatic I know from experience that can happen when you breath irregularly. You are once again freaking out about nothing, if you can talk just fine (no slurring of speech...any more than usual), are not forgetting more than usual, and have control of all your limbs (perhaps a little less control over your tingly limbs) then you are absolutely fine, try stretching, and then move around a bit. Trust me, that will help.
