Forums - General - Welp, im screwed... nice knowing you all...

Dude, seriously, chill, there is absolutely nothing wrong with you, it started out as your arm falling asleep due to bad posture, an out of place shoulder, or a vertebrae that was out of place, thus pinching a nerve, making your arm feel like it was asleep, then your mind took over, and amplified the effect, you started freaking out and all of a sudden started tensing up, this lead to that out of place joint, putting pore pressure on the nerve making it feel as if your whole left side was numb, then you started breathing heavier and this made you feel a little dizzy and made your face go numb...trust me, as an asthmatic I know from experience that can happen when you breath irregularly. You are once again freaking out about nothing, if you can talk just fine (no slurring of speech...any more than usual), are not forgetting more than usual, and have control of all your limbs (perhaps a little less control over your tingly limbs) then you are absolutely fine, try stretching, and then move around a bit. Trust me, that will help.

this is exaxtly what happened to you...it happens all the time to me if i play in weird positions

I don't know about the head tingling but I experience my left hand (pinky especially) going numb once. Dr said it was a combination of lacking in vitamins and putting too much pressure on my elbow when at school or on a computer as I tend to rest on my left elbow.

If you're still worried, see a doctor.

I hope this isn't an attention thread.....

It starts from my freakin head though, right side to be exact, and @Bolded- no, i could careless about attention from random people on the interwebz (unless i know them in rl, then i take that back) i even did this on my facebook/twitter.

I have a rep for this here on the chartz to i guess, just ask around hat, i... slightly kinda overreact when it comes to health issues, and i AM going to the doctors today, my mum and dad got me in for an Appointment at 3:00 PM today, meaning... i'll be in town the whole damn day... grrr...

If you know you overreact...then stop overreacting. You've acknowledged your problem, now stop constantly doing it. As far as I know, health involves physical health, but also mental. Therefore, thinking you're ill or that you have something serious will definitely lead you to being ill.

And besides, why do you panic so much? You're 19, what are the odds of getting a stroke? There's no way in hell you should be thinking about those things.

Also, stop having so much fear of death. If it happens, it happens
