I'll go with Madonna (that shouldn't be a surprise to anyone who knows me). I won't go as far as claiming she's got a great voice, that's not where she shines. Although she can do great vocal performances like her performance at the Oscars in 1991 :
Where she excels is at putting on a show! She knows how to enhance her music (which is already pretty good) with music videos and live performances that captivate the audiences. She also has a talent for finding great new people to work with to keep things fresh. Making everyone of her albums very different while staying very Madonna-esque.
