Okay, I'm a friend to both of you on here and PSN, but come on. They have to have that ball on the end. It will be there in the final model. I believe what they showed of the wand at TGS is the final model. What else could they do? What they are talking about in here is that it may not be the final option, that they may make a type of nunchuck, and if they removed the ball there wouldn't be the percise movement it has. The PSEye tracks the ball, if the could figure something else it could track or something smaller than maybe but the ball has to be there. It would become the Wii mote more so if the ball was gone.

I agree with KylieDog though. I think they will make a nunchuck type but let you use the DS3 if you don't want to buy the nunchuck, which i won't. I'll be buying two wands, and using the DS3 if i have to. Because the price will be a lot. I like the look of the wands though. I like that the ball can change color. The only thing i'm worried about is how fragile the ball is.
