Get Lost Odyssey for XBXO 360. The only other one I can think of is Blue dragon also n 360 which is ok.

On the PS3 I don't think we have any.

PSP you have crimson gem saga, Brave Story

DS you have Suikoden Tierkries ... hmm can't think of anything else that is turn based. I am sure there are others.

i'm glad i found this thread becuase i was wondering the same thing......about where/what are the TB games on the PS3....i don't have a wi/360.......is valkyria the only one.....i guess i should check out persona 4 when my PS3 is fixed and returned next month.....

i'm actually playing kings bounty right now which i bought and its great......its hard to tell what kind of battle systems some games have because they are all called stratergy/jrpg/rpg/wrpg/action adventure......and they don't often explain everything on the old box.....like people have been saying about the differences etc.....about these type of games.......

i'm not really into strategy where you have to control 100's of units......and armies.....i love the chessboard type strategy but don't see why you can't have the adventure part in aswell....like kings bounty....looking forward to armoured princess....

games are annoying when you bump into an enemy every few seconds and have to battle....and games like oblivion/fall out...why does every character want to fight....why can't it be more mellow.....i guess people find it boring......i like beautiful enviroments/deep stories/characters

why on some games in when you level up,everything else has to level up.....whats the point if when you are powerful and you meet a garden gnome who has the strength of the incredible hulk.....very annoying.....

anyway sorry about the long post and its probably to late for people to answer but what is your favourtie turn based game......or what would be your perfect type of turn based game.....like someone said earlier surely you need strategy on turn based games.....with spells and all that stuff.......anyway

i like turn based type of games and they are especially good when you get to be the older gamer.......so they'll never go away.......

I share pretty much the same opinion. I just wish for more games like Final Fantasy X, Dragon Quest VIII and Persona 3. I hope they never die.
