No actually it is not. It could be proof that it was a rumor and nothing more. I will wait until Capcm makes an official announcement.

I'm with WoW and libellule. I've never been a huge fan of SF anyway, but at least show some gameplay footage. I'm hugely disappointed with this conference. Capcom is one of my favorite developers and didn't really give me anything of interest. I suppose Dark Void has a chance of being something worthwhile.
I don't see many happy PS3 owners!

Wow, so just watched the SF4 trailer and it's the most awesome thing ever! Totally nothing like the other SF games and I think it's absolutely awesome it doesn't show any gameplay. Wow, Capcom is sure awesome.
Ugh, they should have just called it Street Fighter 2: alarming astonishing awe-inspiring beautiful breathtaking exalted far-out fearful fearsome formidable frantic grand imposing impressive intimidating magnificent majestic mind-blowing overwhelmingly shocking striking stunning stupefying wonderful wondrous HD collectors edition.
Man I dont even need gameplay of SF4 to be excited. Just the fact that I know its coming for sure is good enough for me to get excited. Especially since there was so many rumors that capcom was done with fighters.
