I wasn't aware that the characters in the game (heavy rain) resembled the voice actors. Where did you read that?

Don't read, look at the comparisons =D

Unfortunately I have to work on school work =/ If you google it, check CGI's official thread, or ask him directly you can take a look. It's pretty amazing as you see how life like Heavy Rain is.
