Was just looking up the Beatles in google news and came across this report (and many more) stating their total sales within the first five days. Its interesting to consider that this figure doesn't include the rest of the world where presumably they're doing just as well.
In an industry increasinly dominated by digital sales its good to see that at least the mega acts can still get millions of people driving to a store to buy the physical product.

Personally I picked up Abbey Road and was very happy with sound quality.

I guess the fab four are still fab.
