If you think about it, wired is faster anyway...

when you think about it, not many people would have their router right next to their Xbox and all their other gaming stuff
Wired is best, but why not buy the older Xbox1 adapter or a wireless adapter - like the older Linksys gaming adapter? You don't have to pay full price to get online, wirelessly.
What, son, what? New York, New York!!!

The 360 isn't fun to play without playing online and paying for XBL, thanks for clearing that up for me.

Didn't say that it wasn't fun, nor did I imply it. However, I would only get a game like ODST if I could play it online so I could get the most out of it (e.g., firefight...) as with a few other 360 games that interest me.
Don't be such an insecure and sensitive fanboy.

You can play firefight locally, with friends, on your 360. Correct me if I'm wrong on this, please.

Insecure people call other people names to make themselves feel better. As for fanboy, yeah.. I'm a Sega fanboy.

*Sigh* seems I've opened a can of worms.
My point still remains.

Who says you have to keep it right next to the console? Long cables and a little work is all you need.
I've connected 25 foot cables together to get internet down a hall at one place and I've also helped to string a very long cable through an attic to get internet to my computer at another. Also from the second example, we have a cable going through the wall to the adjacent room.

This is what I meant.
