Hit the Guide button and then go to the left until you see redeem code. Enter it there and you should be good to go.

So far I have thought it has been amazing! Some of the graphics in this game are down right gorgeous considering it is running on the old H3 engine. The lighting is superb as always. I also saw the hint of Film Grain affect which made it look beautiful.
Did anyone else have extreme lag for about 15 minutes on Xbox Live between 12:15-1:00 AM EST on launch night? My whole group did as soon as we launched Firefight and I noticed even my dashboard was lagging, but then after about 15 minutes it all settled down and was likely just Xbox Live adjusting to hundreds of thousands of concurrent logins.
So far I am on Data Hive of the campaign in Normal mode after about 4.5 hours (so it will take me about the same time as H3 campaign did). And I played about 2 hours of Firefight. It should be pretty easy to get 200k firefight achievements, but only if I am playing on Easy and that will take a while. Playing on normal got rather difficult after the first set (with just 3 people), but we were playing on the smallest enclosed map.
The music when you're walking through New Mambosa is just awesomely eerie. I tried running up and smacking a few brute chieftains around and ended up getting beaten into the ground.

Squilliam, me, and a buddy of mine played firefight on Normal for about 75 minutes. We got to Set 3, Round 3, Wave 3 before we were overwhelmed. I was lagging quite a bit due to it being hosted by a Kiwi I believe :). It was still fun though. I got about 200 head shots with that pistol. It isn't very powerful for things other than that though. Plasma pistol and the regular pistol are quite the combo for taking down brutes though. It was a blast. Squills was actually the hero in a couple rounds.
@JaggedSac
Me and Reask were playing on Normal,we got to like Round 2 wave 1,and we got owed,of course i cant hear out of my headset and it was just us two.
I saw squilliam online that night, but I don't believe I have you as a friend. The only map we tried on Normal was that first one where it is really small and confined. Feel free to add me because I am always looking to do some Firefight when I am online.
Yeah as I said, the only time I lagged was right as I got on from about 12:30-12:45. It was the entire XBL lagging, though, because my dashboard was also slow. Then after that burst it all ran smooth as a whistle.
@nightsurge
I will add you. I was complaining about the lack of matchmaking to Squilliam when he said he would play with me. I actually didn't think he had gold.
@Garnett
Squilliam didn't have a mic either, but me and my other friend were still spouting out some strategy in case he could hear. I think he could.
Not sure how we got as far as we did, we didn't really do much in terms of strategizing, other than saying where enemies were located and watching each others backs. Squilliam had a good save with hammer where he nailed a brute cheiftain in the back right before he was about to finish me off. There were some really cool moments that happened.
I actually prefer it to horde.
When you get to wave 4 or 5 the music lets you know its ass whopping time.
Pity about the headset garnett but it was a ball.
@ yung
add me if you want I should be playing it quite a bit over the next few weeks.
I reckon you would need 4 players to have a good chance of progressing through it.
