Batman is there? And yeah, voting for games that isnt out yet is crazy. Theres alot of them on that list. Forza 3, Halo ODST, L4D2, Uncharted 2, Mass Effect 2, MW2. Although all of them surely will be good enough to get a spot in the votes for GOTY, i just think its kinda stupid to vote on them atm.
