you called IGN reliable... they are not... Ucharted 2 is looking great, but don't say crazy shit like "IGN is reliable" when you have tons of gaming sites out there that are heads and shoulders better than them

The content of their reviews is usually pretty good (much better than most sites), but their scores are certainly unreliable.  Giving Resistance 2 a 9.5 just to prevent a fanboy backlash because of the whole Gears vs Resistance thing was BS.  Giving Killzone 2 a 9.2 after that was even more BS.  Killzone 2 >>> Resistance 2.

They actually gave Killzone 2 a 9.4

That's still lower than Resistance 2!  Bastards!

I disagree! Though I'm a whore for objective based MP modes.

But yeah, Killzone 2's seamless rounds, objective based rounds, class system, and clan system give it an easy win for me. Resistance 2's chaotic multiplayer and repetitive coop campaign just didn't hold my attention.

But now this thread is seriously going off topic! lol

In your opinion. Funny thing is, I didn't say IGN was reliabe, you meant Barozi, although I agree that IGN is fairly accurate most of the time. Question is, why didn't you say this stuff after they rated ODST so high?

GameSpy just published their review and they gave the game 4.5/5 even though they praised the game from start to finsh and they also went so far to say that "Uncharted 2 is the single best PS3-exclusive title to date".

What a joke...

Impressionnant, c'est le mot qui vient le plus naturellement lorsque l'on joue à Uncharted 2 : Among Thieves. Le titre de Naughty Dog est en effet un bijou de finition, qu'il s'agisse de graphismes, les meilleurs à ce jour sur console, de mise en scène, ou d'équilibre de gameplay. Car avec ses phases d'action spectaculaires et d'exploration parfaitement réparties, et de plus en plus prenantes, le jeu nous propose une aventure d'une intensité rare, accrocheuse du début à la fin, et qui parvient même à nous faire oublier un calibrage globalement assez grand public dans certains domaines. Avec un tel bilan en solo, et une partie multi également très soignée et inédite, Uncharted 2 : Among Thieves sera incontestablement le grand jeu de la PlayStation 3 pour ce Noël. Qu'on se le dise.

Impressive is the word that comes most naturally when playing Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. The title of Naughty Dog is indeed a gem of a finish, be it graphics, the best ever console, staging, or balance gameplay. For phases with spectacular action and exploration perfectly distributed, and more and more involved, the game offers us a journey of rare intensity, catchy from beginning to end, and even manages to make us forget a calibration generally quite large in some public areas. With this solo record, and a multi party also very neat and unique, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves will undoubtedly be the big game for the PlayStation 3 this Christmas. Let the word go.
