Daft Punk rule so hard. If it was both legal and physically, or even metaphysically possible to have sex with music, I would be banging songs off of Discovery and Alive 2007 all day long, every once and a while working in a choice few off of Homework and Human After All. I will be lined up to purchase first day, IMAX 3D tickets for Tron II even if I go blind in the intervening monthes before the movie's release, so that I can sit through the whole film with a New-Daft-Punk-Music induced boner. I am going to buy DJ Hero and fucking throw away the controller just to spite Activision and their damn parasitic "Hero" franchise, then turn on the inevitable, casual-friendly no-fail mode and (hopefully at this point I will not discover that the menus are not navigable without the stupid turntable) play through the remixed Daft Punk tracks until the disc breaks.

This may seem like a trivial thread, it is not; it is basically a small selection of what will, one day, be a new gospel; Daft Punk are going to rule the fucking world. If you do not have ears or a soul perhaps you do not understand, otherwise come kneel with me before the hypothetical altar of our French, Robotic overlords.

SO DISCUSS THIS ALREADY YOU KNOW YOU FEEL SIMILARLY. DAFT PUNK or EVERYTHING ELSE EVER? Which is better (yes this is a deep question)?

SORRY for POSTING WHILE CRANKING MUSIC AFTER RETURNING FROM A PARTY, but then again, look at all the Caps lock reenforced revalations such posting has induced.

PEACE YA'LL I'M GOING TO BED (yes I just used ya'll in a non-ironic sense, oh well).

Around the Network

Yes they're a great act, welcome to the 90's.

Yes I have been listening them since the 90's, welcome to not having ultra-mercurial musical tastes and hyperbole-based humor.

Not to mention that their (current) magnum opus came out in 2007.
