Perhaps you should have. The website has produced a decent series of reviews of games on many different platforms, without noticeable bias. The Halo review was the first by this particular author. It seems likely (to me at least) that the reviewer made a genuine attempt to review the game, but was let down by a lack of experience. Even if this one review is biased, that is not to say that the site itself is

You're right there is no real term for "official" I have mine own though (which you can probably already guess)
