I don't think this video is very new. The reason is that mine RRod d about a month back and they didn't send me a coffin. I had to buy a box from UPS. Also the label was a ground shipping only not air.
So yeah this video is definitely old.

Xbox360 released 45 months ago, he would get a new console every 3 months? yeah right. Let's say you have to wait 10 days from RRoD till you get your new one. That would mean his console breaks ever 80 days since November 2005.

I had one RRoD since release and that's about it. Got a new one + 1 or 3 month of Xbox Live Gold for free.

He was obviously talking out of anger and frustration when he said it was a record. He then corrected himself. He must have been in disbelief and was just expressing himself hyperbolically.

He said another friend bought a ps3 after the second rrod and hasn't had trouble since. He's obviously very frustrated.
