Well I was looking on the internet when I stumble across this article....That says that Epic is very open to the ps3 hardware and 

heres what Epic qouted "We pretty much know that Gears of War 3 is going to be on the ps3"

Here is the article its self so go read it and MS only had a contract for Gears of War to be exclusive for the first 2 games so you never know

It's Pachter that thinks it will be on the PS3, not Epic.

Epic made that quote  that Gears of 3 may be on the ps3 it says in the article

Gears can't jump ship like that.
