Is the Zune marketplace out in Canada? - Not yet. It was supposed to be but somethign fucked up launch plans

Is HD radio available in Canada? - Yes it is. If you go to Best buy here in canada and are buying a deck for your car, they will always try to upsell you to one with HD radio capabilities.

It has games like forza 3, but do you think therewill be APPS liek Ipod? - Absolutely yes. Maybe not at first but by christmas time you will be able to play beer pong with your Zune HD.

I'm sure the songs update when you connected to the store after it happened. Try using the songs on your 360 or PS3. If they work, your fine
