I wouldn't mind having a Zune. I just can't see spending that extra money right now. I have a 4gb ipod knockoff thats still going strong for now.

I did the same thing....currently I have a black z80 and love it. I also have an 80 Gig Ipod video, which is also a nice player...dont like itunes though, but I hear 9.0 itunes will put zune software to task.

I wish they offered the HD 32 in black right away with the pre0rder, but saving 40 bucks is fine by me! From what I understand, the October date is an estimated date and there is a chance it will ship way before that!

Well, Ive been reading too many forums and reviews and such and dont remember where I got that idea. Maybe you told me that and now you're messing with my head!

Lets just cross our fingers and hope that Im right. Although, Ive made bold claims in my life and have been correct both times! the first was when i claimed that I would graduate High School before my son (it was pretty close! but I showed him who the smarter one was!)...it was kinda weird being at the same school with him though. And the second was when i told my family that I could swallow an entire Rat...shoulda seen the look on their face when I slurped him up right down to the tail. Convinced myself it would taste like chicken...and it did....some bad chicken.

so trust me when i say, the zunes will ship before the month is over! there....another bold claim!
