Resistance 2, although not as great as Resistance 1 in terms of how the story is told, gets way too much flame. I notice Kantor in particular hates it. :P My complaints about R2 are:

1) The took the story narrating out. I like when she told the story, and Hale was all silent like.
2) No story-mode coop.
3) They didn't do much to tweak or perfect the gameplay.

LBP is my favorite game in this gen. The replay value is just staggering!

well, try acing every level in LBP, it'll be more satisfying than getting some kills in Halo 3 :)

Shame on u for waiting so long!!! Actually, shame on so many that still haven't bought LBP and likes platformers. It is one of the best games ever crafted IMHO, period!

Well, my formula for satisfaction is obviously different than yours.

Player verses player + Time limit + Quick reactions + Winning the battle = Satisfaction

There's also the added satisfaction if it's a revenge kill. A revenge kill plus teabagging is super satisfying!

Best to stick to 'I prefer' vs 'is more satisfying' type statements then.  I like this site because it tends to always call people out on subjective vs factual comments.

I can perfectly understand you find something like Halo 3 more satisfying than LBP, and wouldn't try and convince you otherwise.  However I can also understand, because it's true for me too, someone finding LBP more satisfying.

Satisfation, enjoyment, etc. are all subjective preferences.

True, but I think you're forgetting my actual wording. I did use "I prefer" statements!

I said "me". I never said it was true for anyone else!

I said "the satisfaction of the kill". Never said it was a greater satisfaction, just a different kind, that I personally prefer. I even agree that LBP is more entertaining - to me entertainment has to do with the length you can play something. LBP would keep me entertained for longer amount of time. Halo 3 is very satisfying when I'm in the mood, but after and hour or two it gets boring. LBP doesn't get as boring.
