Does anyone know if the boost in PS3s sold had any effect on the number of blu-rays sold?

It does not appear to have a large one in America, but it's hard to tell.

We will find out soon when the numbers get released either today or tomorrow

Well there was a small boost but there is no telling if it was because of the PS3 slim launch. I just updated the numbers. Here is the thread

I guess with the volume of dvd and blu-ray sales it's too hard to tell frpm a boost in PS3s

I can tell you have bought 16 Blu-Rays since last Monday

Nice, which ones?   I have had to lay off of buying Blu-rays for a while,  I got real crazy a couple months back and bought almost 20 in back to back months.  So I havent been buying them much lately.

i need to buy some more blu-rays, only got 6
