Surfer Girls Reviews Star Wars is at it again, this time with "exclusive" info on the sequel to Insomniac's FPS for the PlayStation 3.

Aside from the first and last level, the game takes place entirely in the United States, where someone who may or may not be Sgt. Nathan Hale (who plays a role in the story) has to deal with the Chimeran invasion of the US in such places as San Francisco and Chicago. And there is a cliffhanger ending that sets up for a third title. Vehicles will be included in multiplayer this time around, one will be able to take to the sky with three new vehicles or boogie it down on the ground with the three vehicles from the first game's Campaign.

There's even a tentative release date of November 2008. Again, it could all be pure speculation, but if it turns out to be true, you'll thank us. Or Surfer Girl. How about both?

Expect this game to sell and get the promotion similar to what Halo did when it's sequel Halo 2 came out. First one was unknown and got popular on a new system. Sequel will be highly anticipated.

I will be buying this no doubt. Constant good news on PS3 is a premonition of what's to come.

Not really, it was a pretty mediocre launch title. If it were released today...or at some point where the PS3 had a large selection of games (just kidding, couldn't resist the jab) it really wouldn't sell too well at all.

I am guessing you forgot about Ratchet and Clank. For a small studiolike Insomniac to produce one game a year is impressive. for them to produce games of the quality of R & C and resistance each year is simply amazing.

Even small studios can have more than one team (I know for a fact they have more than one team). If you really think that they made R&C in a year you are seriously misguided.
