As impressed as I am by iPhone/iTouch's success, I really don't find the number of apps/games argument very impressive. Quality is much more important. I could spend £200 on an iTouch and then spend my time wading through everything on the App Store looking for games worth playing-or I could use that money to buy more games for my DS and home consoles.
At the moment that money is going towards platforms I already own-Apple just haven't done enough yet to convince me to part with my cash and join in with the App Store fun.
