i wouldn't say cloud sucks he fights like u expect him to, but ya once u get omnislash V5 hes very easy to win with

Early on he is a bit tougher to use, but once he learns a few more HP attacks he becomes much more balanced.

Yes. it might be that he is good when you level him to high levels but at first he sucks compared to others imo.

cloud would lose against an experienced player using exdeath.
His bravery attacks are easy to guard and this would prove disastrous for cloud.
Cloud is predictable and slow. Though he can deal a great amount of damage.
You can say cloud is mid-tier at best.
