The special edition comes with the following

1. Game
2. Beatles Themed Bass Guitar
3. Beatles Themed Drum Set
4. Microphone
5. Mic Stand
6. Bonus Content

249.99

I work at Best Buy, so I'm familiar with the bundle. It doesn't come with 3 mics, but they assume you already may have one from RB/RB2 or GHWT, and that a friend could bring another. You can get a mic right now at my Best Buy by getting the High School Musical Singing game we have on clearance for 15 bucks - just junk the game itself. Any USB mic will work.

Keep in mind the 139.99 value bundle has the game and RB2 accessories, and no mic stand.

From what I know:

1) If by "batteries" you mean drums, it depends. Rock Band 1 drums are wired, so you plug them into USBs and it's done. If your talking about the one built in Rock Band 2 or Beatles bundle, they are wirelees. You may plug the RF-usb adaptor into your console, plug the batteries (remember, it's wireless) and then set it up to connect. It's very easy, so don't worry about that.

2) It comes with one mic and it's standing. There is a deal in game.co.uk where you can pick the game at 39.99 GBPounds and two official wireless singstar mics come for free (that's a huge deal if you ask me LOL, I preordered =) )

@ the mic thing - you can use Guitar Hero's mics - or a USB mic as well. The games supports 3 of them. And now, unless you are reviewing the game, there aren't 3 mics in the box.

And it will require batteries to operate the instruments, though the batteries will be in the box. Energizers or Duracells. OR - you could buy the game and get RB or RB2 controllers. They will work as well.

What, son, what? New York, New York!!!

Thank you very much Schnozberry (funny name, Super Troopers right?).

lol. Sorry to just jump into your conversation like this, but that's from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. That's what he was referencing in Super Troopers.

I couldn't embed the video, so here's a link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CIcqI32aqzk

Add me on Xbox Live: TopCat8

I took the name from Super Troopers but I know where the name originally came from. Thanks.

what is that bonus content you mentioned?
