I had it on my PC, never saw it on PS3 (but that is no suprise if you have to go via HOME...sigh..).

Last I heard, SETI@Home already has too much processing power, to the point that each of their data units was redundantly processed by more than 10 computers.

Nothing much happened. It's in with Life with Play Station now and still goes on after the set time, but now I can't quit it unless I force it to (I.e. hold the PS button and close the application. If I only press it once, there is no XMB to choose quit from.)

I guess this Folding@Home project has chances of having tangible results in the nest 10 years. But in any case, the knowledge will be there from all that analyzing protein folding stuff.
Still better than SETI@Hone I would say.

It's in Life with Playstation now. Which is as far as I remember in the same row as the browser.

Right. Or for those who haven't downloaded it to the system, it'll say Folding @ Home on the XMB. Like he says, it's pretty basic which is why I'm baffled that he didn't know where to look...

I don't use the browser on the PS3... must be why...

"Life with Playstation" is a strange concept to me...
