Players frantically mashing buttons on their unresponsive controllers, wondering why all action in Uncharted has come to a bizarre (albeit visually stunning) standstill, may have become victims of the PlayStation 3's "isolated" Firmware 3.0 issues. Writing on the PlayStation Blog, Sony's Patrick Seybold has assured readers that Sony is aware of the complaints.

"Rest assured that we are looking into the matter and will provide an update here as soon as possible," Seybold wrote. "We apologize for any inconvenience, as it's our mission to deliver the best consumer experience on all PlayStation platforms."

i hope in 3.1 they allow us the option to get rid of the wats new icon in the top right and fade out the xmb so i can view my dynamic themes fully

You know...Sony really do care about their customers. They've responded to complaints immediately it seems.

Well my Uncharted is working perfectly so if it works for me i couldnt care less about anyone else lol

They said 3.0 would be the last major update of the year. :P

Yeah also, in 3.1 if they could go ahead and throw in cross game chat, that'd be great.

I like the info box, just get rid of the ticker. And just give us options for some of the other gripes.
