Sony are funding White Knight Story, so that ain't ever going to get ported and Sony own Dark Cloud so that ain't going anywhere else either. I am unsure if Sony owns White Knight Story but I am pretty sure they do since Sony is fully funding the games development and is publishing themselves.

Level 5 have already said that they are commited to making PS3 games anyway, they will always have one in production and when it finishes the next one will start. So it doesn't really matter.

Dark Cloud 3 will start after WKS is finished, the Level 5 CEO practically said those words when questioned at TGS. WKS is also not far from being finished, I can't wait until it releases in Japan.

Then DC3 production will start.

I put over 80 hours into DC2 so I am def. looking forward to this game. Hopefully, they can change some things so that it doesn't feel too repetitive at points. Most of the game was just great, though.

If you think for one second...A Dark Cloud character enters White Knight "Chronicles" right? Right...Chronicles...as they've changed the title according to Gamespot. I kind of hoped it would be a WII title as these kind of games perfectly matches, but since its in hands of Sony not a fair chance.

Soriku why is it that you find things concerning the PS3 hard to imagine but things which concerns the WII and are almost impossible you find them easy to believe?

I said it was impossible ATM (de v said it)! Not other times. And doesn't Sony only publish it or am I wrong?

I thought Sony only publishes them only not own it too? Or am I wrong?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I'm not mistaken Level 5 created the Dark Cloud series in name of Sony, like Level 5 does with Dragon Quest IX for Square Enix. The franchises are therefore not owned by Level 5.

I checked Wikipedia, doesn't say anything. IDK. But what I found out is that Sony said DC would be a Zelda "killer" lol. Didn't work out too well.

It did to me, especially Dark Chronicle, which is second in my most favorite games list, right after Zelda OOT. So DC sure made a huge impact on me and actually already did with Dark Cloud.

Well that info is kind of old and therefore out of date. Not all info on Wikipedia are up to date. That game was meant as Rogue Galaxy back then ;)

@Jhlennon1, in that case they better hurry up with WKS :D

@Nightstalker as long as the atmosphere and most of all Georama System continues to excist, I'm more than happy ;)
