IGN a lot of their reviews you can tell they didn't play the entire game many times I think they only play 1 hour if that.

And they gave GTA 4 a perfect score and many good games low scores because it wasn't easy or they like I said played 30 minutes or an hour and didn't bother.

Rpgfan however their reviewers play the game all the way through until they beat it.

Infinite Undiscovery is at 80% the game was saved by its gameplay RPG Fan unlike say other places like RPG gameplay and they don't give that lame excuse I only play them for  story which pretty much is a joke since all them are basically save the world story.

I haven't played it but I heard people say they like the gameplay.

Enchanted Arms I haven't played it but some say it gets a lot better  later in the game if you can get past the bad beginning you'll find a pretty good game.

And IGN gave Enchanted Arms (360) a good review so.....

A lot Rpgfan reviews are saved by its gameplay section otherwise a lot of RPGs would be C,D,F and even lower.

Anyways very few RPGs get 90% from RPGFan.

As for Persona 1 the people that love 3 and 4.

Likely won't feel the same about P1. Gameplay is different,style different. They might enjoy the story but I'm expecting a lot of people to dislike it. But some people might like the gamplay.

But I'm thinking its going to get some hate by new people. People hate FF XII for how different it was P1 vs P3 and P4 is that different.

Well I have it pre-ordered and even stopped playing the original one when this one was announced.

Not to knock RPGFan but if you think that a bad story shouldn't be detremential to a RPG's score then you don't know RPGs or you only enjoy the WRPGs who are extremely light on story but huge on Exploration and even then they should be treated as such. A JRPG like Infinte Undiscovery should have a great story not something as crappy as that. IGN gives awesome reviews but as well as all Reviews everything is subjective.

Yeah, I saw it in meta. Though, I hate RPGamer, their reviews are shit, so I'm not reading that one. I haven't ever agreed with them even once

What did they give enchanted arms...

I bought Folklore after seeing a pretty good review on IGN. One of the things they mentioned was good replayability because you can play through the game as two differnet characters. Usually that means you can play through the game once as one character and again through the other... but in the case of folklore you need to play both to advance through the story, although you don't know that until you get to a certain point in the game.

Rpgfan fan gave Enchanted Arms 84% 360 review back in 2006  Ign gave it a 7.6
