In fact every country can do this , the only problem is you need games :s. (I think).

Probably this is something that will be very cheap and more Chinese can buy.

According to their FAQ, it does have motion control, the effective distance is 5 metres

It doesn't have Disc Drive though

 And why it's named as vii? because the selling price is only 50% of wii (w' 50% = v)
