Forums - Microsoft - Why Xbox Live is Worth the Price

@ Shio

evidently...you never bother to read financial reports...consoles are usually the major contributors...and considering that a typical console game goes for $10 more...hmmm. Higher price and Higher sales, and in the case of the 360...nearly same effort do as a computer game.

I bought the console, I bought the game, I pay for my internet connectivity and on top of all this I have to payout yet again to take it online.

Maybe the government should raise taxes for all live subscribers. I am sure they won't complain.

You took the words right out of my mouth

I Use Xbox all the time, so for me it's worth it.

Xbox Live is not worth the price. PSN is free and there's everything I need on PSN. Fuck Xbox Live.

Well, when you have a very senior sony exec saying that XBL was a superior product to begin with, and PSN is trying to play catch-up...hmmm...with that no-steady-revenue stream plan of sony for the psn...they will always be chasing XBL.
